Morley Financial Services, Inc. has wholly owned subsidiaries which together, provide a complete stable value investment package:
  • Morley Capital Management, Inc. is the oldest registered investment advisory firm dedicated to stable value management.
  • Union Bond & Trust Company, an Oregon state-registered banking company with trust powers, maintains and manages common and pooled funds invested primarily in stable and fixed income assets.

Morley Financial is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Principal Financial Group® and an affiliate of Principal Global Investors, a diversified asset management organization and a member of the Principal Financial Group. Principal Global Investors manages $221.4 billion1 in assets primarily for retirement plans and other institutional clients, and draws from the expertise of 494 investment professionals. The firm offers a broad range of investment capabilities, including equity, fixed income and real estate investments as well as specialized overlay and advisory services.
